How do I protect myself from a serious accusation?

More details to this question:
My husband has been admitted to a hospital due to being poisoned and he is fighting for his life. I am in Florida and he is in Northern Kentucky. He is suffering kidney failure and brain damage. The doctor said he has symptoms ethylene glycol poisoning and his parents are telling the hospital staff I did it when he was here last week.
