More details to this question:
I was fired on 1/19/16 as a quality supervisor for Nephron Pharmaceuticals. I was given a list of reasons that are false and defaming. I never once was counseled or reprimanded for any of this allegations. I also was the only one of my race and gender in my department. These statements defame my character and probably will prevent me from future employment. I need some help with this please.

If the defamatory material was only spoken to you, there is no defamation.  If it has been spread to others, depending on what was said, you may have a case for slander.  As far as racial issues, you will need a lawyer who deals with discrimination.
