More details to this question:
I went to the dentist a few weeks ago and he said I needed work done so I came in today however they didn't explain to me exactly what was going to happen so today I went in for impressions for dentures and they took my top plate and covered it and said I would have to leave them so I said look I can't do that because it's embarrassing to be in public like this so now I'm sitting in my car with my hand over my mouth with a parking lot full of people!!! I need a lawyer because they have humiliated me so bad I'm in tears

There is no case here. Its unfortunate that there was a miscommunication but there is not a viable legal action here.
