More details to this question:
I was returning an item at CVS, I had my receipt in my hand and the lady didnt want to return the item. I have on video saying that she didn't want to return it because I probably stole it

Nope. No cause of action thats viable for saying that to you directly. Just because you have a receipt though is not a defense as there is a whole retail scam associated with returned items and receipts.
