Is there anything I can legally do?

More details to this question:
I have had a rough few months with being sick and I also get migraines. I have gotten doctor notes and even got a note from my doctor stating that I do get migraines. Within the past 2 weeks there have been a few managers telling my co-workers that I am full of crap and I'm just making excuses to call out. Now the managers are even telling associates that "I will not be there much longer" but have yet to sit me down and talk to me about anything. The same managers are always telling associates about other employees, and basically just talking trash. Is there anything that can be done in this situation?

This might be a HIPAA issue for disclsoure and ADA for the mdeical issues - possibly a "hostile work envionment" employment issue - BUT - being sick and "getting migraines" are two different issues and you may be on thin ice especially if do not have medical support for all the times you are out.
