Therapist that works for Passaic county New Jersey court wrote a negative report about me that was untrue and defamation of my character. The result was that I lost custody of my 3 year old son. He did not see me in person. He called me and demanded 1700.00 to see me. Because I did not have money to pay him he called my sons school and his fathers neighbors instead of finding out about the type of mother I really am. Can I sue this dr for defamation of character and is he libel for writing a slanderous report.
