More details to this question:
The plaintiff in a case against me that was dismissed is now posting the police report and other information (police report from another state, home mortgage, etc.) about me online and has mailed the same information to my neighbors.

Truth is a defense to libel and slander. If you were charged or if you failed to pay your mortgage, then a person can say or write that you were charged or did not pay your mortgage. The person cannot tell or write lies about you. Ed Dimon
