Online defamation resulting in property theft, damage, arrest etc...

Asked on Jul 07th, 2020 on Libel, Slander and Defamation - Florida
More details to this question:
This is about being accused of racism publicly, resulting in trespassing, theft, property damage, receiving threats, putting us in danger thru social media and anything else that may come up as it has come up "again" the following week. The police say this is probably not over. At the time we were so shaken we didn't know what was happening when police were at our door along with news team telling us we were on social media and our property shattered down the road, our house and cars damaged with eggs. Geo Stackz as known on facebook and other social media... is thee instigator at the very least. He is printing accusations of us being racist on social media with altered pictures along with our names and address... instigating people to take action, which did take place. News channel repeating these accusations on tv showing our "address", pics of home, cars and us on video we did not ask for

Separate from any criminal issue, you may need to take legal against the individuals instigating these attacks. This may take a variety of forms, such defamation or intential infliction of emotional distress issues, etc. or injunctive relief for inciting the violence, etc. Theese are not inexpensinve cases to pursue but often they must be purused to get the internet trolls to understand they are not immune from responsibility for thier actions.
