I was discriminated against for the following: I was listed in the company computer system as Mullet-Head which is a derogatory term for a person of color. I have proof. I need a lawyer for this case

I think you will have a hard time relating "mullet head" as a racial or ethnic slur but you can always try. You can file a complaint with the EEOC or your HR department as you like. You will need to hire an employment lawyer if you expect to take legal action under such allegations.
