Slander and defimation of character and liable

More details to this question:
I have emails and text messages from a manager saying he will comp my room and give me 2 free nights stay at the hotel/ resort...because of the disgusting condition of my room when I arrived. Now he has sent other emails calling me a liar a scammer and that I'm the guy that ruined the room. I have pictures of this room and every email since day one....what can I do. I've gotten nothing at all...not even a reimbursement on my pig sty of a room I wouldn't let a dog stay in. Plz help me
