slander or libel or nothing???

More details to this question:
my coworker wrote to my director in an email that it was his opinion that i dont like anyone. i was called into my directors office and given the email and asked why he would do such a thing. i informed the director that he was mad because he didnt work for our dept. anymore and i have a wealth of friends in and out of the dept. Is this libel or slander or nothing?. he used a govt email and i would like to know who else recived this email.

i wouild not spend your hard earned money to go after your co-worker. the 'libel' is not agregious. he/she said you 'don't like anyone'. in addition, how were you harmed ? you do not lise your job or get demoted. ed dimon, esq.
