Asked on Dec 13th, 2017 on Libel, Slander and Defamation - Florida
More details to this question:
I am a former president of our Homeowners Association (HOA). Recently, an HOA member posted on two community Facebook websites which alleged that I was taking kickbacks from one of our vendors and that I was secretly employed by the vendor. I took a screenshot of the comments and have it in my possession. In the comments, both myself and the current HOA President are accused of wrongdoing by this individual. I can easily disprove the allegations made by this individual.
