I prepare taxes. A client divorce is being aired on facebook. In the statements i am personally accused of helping one spouse file false tax returns. I cant afford an attorny but i am getting calls from clients about this.

It's not likely that you would qualify for free legal services. However, you could take the person to small claims court to try to get an ordering for them to remove the posts and to stop putting your name and business on social media. Go to your local justice of the peace court and see if they have forms either online or in the office for you to use to bring your claim. You can also sue for monetary damages up to $10,000 in JP court.
