My coworkers are spreading rumors about me, and saying that I slept with at least 5 men at the job. But no one will say precisely who is saying it. I'm having anxiety, and am afraid to go back to work.

There is no remedy for "they" are talking about you behind your back. Unless you can ID who is spreading false rumors there is nothing that can be done.
