This ex employee is slandering me on the web and i have text messages and a screenshot of the slander and witnesses telling me about it she wad terminated from the job and now she is mad

Its simply a matter of deciding that the statements are damning enough you are willing to spend thousands of dollars in legal fees suing the person for damages. You can spend a little bit on a C&D letter, but generally these just cause the internet defamer to use fake screen names to hide. Otheriwse, you grin and bear it.
