More details to this question:
My son is a freshman on a track team. My son happens to be the 1st or 2nd fastest on the team. (Fact). I know my son is a threat to some of the upper classmen because he is. His coach ran other Freshman in a Varsity meet, in my sons events who are undoubtedly slower. Six other Freshman were all ran in events my son competes at. My sons coach preaches about competing at the highest of levels etc, but doesnt utilize my son who loves to run? His coach also made up a 200m time from his last meet when the announcer clearly stated it was 24.0 sec. flat, his coach put 25.0 down in the books. My son set the benches the entire time suited up and ready to go at a moments notice at this Varsity meet. My son carries a 3.8 GPA, so he is never ineligible and hasnt missed or been late to any practices. We dont or expect any special treatment for our son, but fairness across the board. If your going to run 6 Freshmen, why cant you run them all and give them all a fair chance, and or shot.

You need to find a lawyer that deals with the school system and athletics, the term unfair competition has led you to the wrong type of law. Hope this helps you resolve the inequality your son is living.
