an in-ground pool with nothing but problems

More details to this question:
I had a pool built in my yard that was supposed to done by 8/5/15. Nothing has worked with this pool, heater, pump, filter, it is a lemon. Company won't help me & yet I have a year warranty on it, but the owner won't help. I am done trying to work with this man - he is mean & rude. I spent $50,000 for this pool & it's a lemon!!!

You can give notice to the contractor that he either fix the issues or you will have another contractor fix it and then you'll charge him for the repairs.
