Breach of contract

More details to this question:
I contracted with a pool company for a pool. The initial deposit was given to them in November 2020. The contract said the pool would be completed in July 2021. To date it is still not completed and the pool company refuses to give e a date in which to complete the pool. What can I do?

You can sue for breach of contract as well as fraud and Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act. There may be other potential causes of action but an attorney would need further details to be able to completely assess the situation.
