problem with window next door neighbour

More details to this question:
I live in a two family house. there is an apartment builing next to my house. these apartment building has so many windows facing my house. I see people doing weird stufs in their apartments next door. Is there a distant requirment from property line to build a window.

it depends on the ordinances in your town. Some towns allow for "zero lot line" homes, which means that the structure can go straight on the property line. If people are doing ward things in the apartment, call the police and report them.
