A large car dealership sold me a Jasper Engine but installed a different time

More details to this question:
This is the third time 8,000 miles on the first engine . 11,000 miles on this one and a Mechanic says I need to replace this one . It was suppose to be a Jasper Engine it is not

You will need to hire a lawyer at an houly rate/retainer to address this as a contract dispute. Hopefully there are some provisions where you can get your fees recovered if you win.
