bought comuter on group on

More details to this question:
I bought a computer on groupon, call the provider phone# to this computer.. when I call them I ask if I can buy full warranty for this item .. the man look at this groupon items and told me "sure" he charge me $94. after 7 month I Feld with my computer and broke it .. so I call the warranty people.. they could not find my warranty , after speaking to they supervise she finally find me,, I have email from her ,, saying : that yes they selling fraud warranty and that HP . the real one and grouon know abut this>??? it mil. computer now on group on that they are selling and now each person who will call for full warranty will by fraud one ? I think it is conspiracy .. and a huge fraud.. I call today" real" HP and yes they know about this and manger begged me not to call a lawyer that she will return to me new computer.. I know which lawyer to call now ;( it is huge fraud... and no one to call to stop this?

The question posed makes little sense, as why would HP beg you to do anything that someone else like Group-on is doing. That stated you need to hire a lawyer to review the facts and your warranty paperwork to determine exactly what has been happening. In the mean time you can report this to the Florida Attorney General - consumer protection section,
