QUESTION

Buying a car from a dealership

Asked on May 12th, 2016 on Consumer Fraud - Florida
More details to this question:
I'm in need of a lawyer, as I purchased a vehicle from Orlando Kia and I also traded in my old vehicle. I needed a co-signer and my dad agreed. My dad resides in the U.S.V.I but the sales rep explained that it was fine they can mail him the paperwork. We did so, I never realized until I was renewing the vehicle tag that my name wasn't anywhere on the car and the car was in my dads name. My dad flew up to Orlando Florida to get his name out of the vehicle. The fiance manager told us that we would have to get another vehicle one of which I didn't have any choice on. They choose another vehicle for me and tolde that it was the only option. I have much more information but I don't want to confuse whomever is reading this. I really need help

This is likely to be a VERY complicated matter now as it is being dealt with AFTER all the papwerwork appears to have been signed. Though we do handle such cases, they do not start off as contingent fees cases and typically require a retainer and are handled on an hourly rate basis.
