More details to this question:
You I went to a store and they rand me up and i mentioned that the price was wrong on one product. He went back and checked and there was a sales sticker on the tag. He rang it up at the sale price and completed the transaction. As i was getting my bags he grab thw box and said it was the wrong size and he had to refund the cereal that I had already paid for. Is that legal?
This is a difficult situation if there is no specific proof such as photos of the sale sign and photos of the product taken at the time of the transaction. Given the small amount of money involved, I would suggest complaining to the NC Attorney General (ncdoj.com) and complaining on the retailer's social media. Obviously you would not patronize that retail store any more if you feel unfair conduct occurred.
This is general legal advice only. You do not have an attorney-client relationship with Attorney Lynn E. Coleman without a signed retainer agreement and payment of any applicable fees.
