Can I sue for neglient work?

More details to this question:
I hired a roofing company to put a new roof on the house and they replaced my new Velux brand of skylights with old Wasco skylghts which did not fit the type of roof. The result was extensive rain damage to interior plywood due to extensive leaking.

Possibly. This will all revolve around the terms of your agreement and the details of the work. YOu will need tohire a construction lawyer to address this.
