QUESTION

Can you help?

More details to this question:
Hello I am emailing to see if you can assist in an auto lease issue with Chrysler. Upon return of lease Chrysler jeep in the Bronx N.Y. would not let us buy same car from the lease unless we pay the mileage overage first or buy a new car with them. When we refused to buy a new car with them they offered to turn back the mileage for a charge to avoid mileage which we reported to corporate. We also refused to do that. Once we returned the car they made a claim to the auto insurance company for an accident and when we were made aware of it they said it was made in error and retracted the claim. Now we are charged with overages and damages and auto insurance issues which if we would have been able to buy the car in the first place we would have avoided. We were made to believe we could not buy the car and was told the contract to buy the lease vehicle is now "void" because of mileage overage which corparate said is not true. Can you assist?
