In summary - On Nov 9 paid in full $1400 for a brand new dinning set to be delivered on Nov 11. On Nov 11 was informed that cannot be delivered and I need to pick it up for the company's warehouse. I hired moving company and upon arrival it turned out that the it was not a warehouse (appeared a different busyness) and the table was not brand new (scratches, marks and minor but visible repairs). I called the store and the representative/owner came on sight - I demanded that I receive my money back as the table was used and not brand new or get a brand new table. He refused to return my money and stated that he will replace the table with brand new on Nov 19. On Nov 15 went to the store to confirm deliver but was kind of ignored and tall to call on Nov 16. Called today and was told that cannot deliver on Nov 19 and the earliest will be the week following Thanksgiving and refused to speak with me further as "there is nothing he could do and he is busy". What are my options?
