More details to this question:
Ok so i was planning a vacation when i checked my account to see how much i had i noticed there was a $700 or so difference and i looked and saw that a day or 2 ago some one had started making transactions with my card number online about 5. I have contacted my card issuer and have had all the charges stopped and card locked. I was wondering if I have the opportunity to sue the person who stole my credit info. 2 of the purchases were online so it should have an address for delivery. do I have any chance of legal action?
