More details to this question:
I rented a car from Dollar Rent a car while in Vegas. My wife and I both told the dollar agent with do not want the extra insurance. Once I returned home and checked my credit card, not only did he charge us for the insurance but also gas. What are my rights, what should I do next and can I sue Dollar?

YOu will need to have a lawyer review your contract and see what you signed - if you signed for insurance you won't have much argument about what you were told. If the contract doesnt have insurance or gas obligations then you can dispute with the CC and need to address this with rental company. Most every rental car company has a provison that you must return the car with full tank or replace the gas used or they will re-gas and charge ridiculous rates.
