More details to this question:
Bought 3 itunes cards in order purchase a car but I found out about the scam so I didn't follow thru.went back best buy get a refund they said no.called the 1800 number to best buy,they were aware of the scam but didn't want to help me.so I tried Apple and they also dont want to help me..I have 3 itunes card with receipt never scratched and I can't get a refund from neither company.

Its not Apples fault that you fell for a scam nor are the obligated "to help you" when you didn't take the time to help yourself. If you didn't think that buying a car with I tunes cards was sent up a red flag of something wrong, you need to be more astute and critical in your decison making. If they have a no refund policy it is what it is. You can try to sell the i tunes cards I guess or use them for some value. At least be happy you learned of the scam before you sent the cards off.
