I least a motorcycle on December of 2016 it got stolen on June and I filed a police report from that report the original owner call me saying that the dealership never gave her the money for the motorcycle that I'm currently paying for every month the title the bank has it my question is do I have to keep paying for the lease even if the bike was never the dealerships that dealership never provided me with insurance she never paid for the insurance and now the dealership is bankruptc

No way to tell what you need to do in an internet blurb on such a screwy issue. Until you know otherwise you need to pay the bank what you owe and get a lawyer retained ASAP to start sorting this out.
