Do I have enough information for a case?

More details to this question:
I bought a 2002 Honda Accord off of craigslist 6 months ago and recently I decided to run a carfax on it. The car was advertised as having 127,000 miles on it but when I pulled the car fax it actually had 274,000 miles on it. So I contacted FHP and they gave me the persons name that owned the car last and I was able to contact him and of course he denied it. Well he works for a big name car dealer and he bought the car from the dealer where he works and then a few days later sold it to me. A day after he bought it from the dealer he took it in to his dealer to have it serviced and that was the last time his dealer seen the car. Well I recently got a paper in the mail from his dealer that my 2002 Honda Accord was due for its 135,000 miles maintenance. This tells me that he is the one that rolled the mileage back and then sold it to me. I need to know how to handle this.

Problem is that your dealer is out of state. You may need to contact a lawyer in the state where the dealer is before spending a lot of money on attorney's fees to take action here. This is one of the problems with buying things on the internet.
