Does anyone practices consumer fraud without any injuries?

More details to this question:
I purchased a user car from a used car dealership. I took my car in for repair at the same dealership and I never got an update or my physical car back. There is no injuries but this matter has been going on for two months and I need legal help as soon as possible.

It sounds like conversion of your property, which is a damage for the loss of use of your property. It doe snot sound right that a car dealer would take property and not provide an update.  If it's a shady operation, then you're going to have an issue with getting any money from them as they might not have insurance.    This is not legal advice nor does it create an attorney client relationship.
