Does anyone practices consumer fraud without any injuries?

More details to this question:
I purchased a user car from a used car dealership. I took my car in for repair at the same dealership and I never got an update or my physical car back. There is no injuries but this matter has been going on for two months and I need legal help as soon as possible.

It sounds like conversion of your property, which is a damage for the loss of use of your property.
It doe snot sound right that a car dealer would take property and not provide an update. If it's a shady operation, then you're
going to have an issue with getting any money from them as they might not have insurance.
