More details to this question:
I saw an ad that says phone repairs in minutes. I left my phone and paid the service on saturday. It is now wednesday and my phone isnt fixed yet. They told Monday its be ready. It wasnt. Tuesday it wasnt ready either. Now Wednesday and magically they need a new part for my phone. It has been days. Not minutes.

Seriously? Well, its possible if YOU want to spend the money on such an issue on legal fees to make the point. Otherwise this is simply a customer service issue.
