More details to this question:
I will be brief. I have been unable to get help with consumer fraud. I have filed with agencies, and I hired an attorney that withdrew from representation, leaving me in a dead-end corner. So, not only do I lose a few thousands of dollars, but the company gets away with a scam; I have been seeking help for over a year. I cannot afford high legal fees and online inquiries don't always reply.

Sorry but there is not a remedy for all issues. If lawyers don't see the merit in the case enough to spend thier money pursuing it, and you don't want to spend your money on the issue you think is so important, it goes nowhere. You will have to decide to spend the money of fold before the case gets dismissed.
