For the first 4 months the car was excellent (Feb to May 2018), but from June to now the car has been back to the dealership where they denied service in spit of warranty and service agreements that I purchased. In August the dealership sent the vehicle to Chevrolet of Jersey City. Prior to this I asked a personal friend to look at the vehicle who explained that he was sure there was a major engine issue. I spoke to the mechanic at Chevrolet of JC who ignored my advise and continued to bill me for minor issues not cover by my warranty unit a few weeks ago when the dealer could no longer deny that the car has major engine issues. I've opened up a file - complaint with Cadillac in Detroit, Uber, Santander Bank who is financing the vehicle, and I intend on furthering this with the NJ Consumer Protection Agency and the BBB Auto Division. I have lost thousands of dollars in missing Uber revenues, paid thousands at the whim of these terrible mechanics, and thousands more for insurance..
