QUESTION

How can I get my deposit back on a new car?

Asked on Jun 08th, 2020 on Consumer Fraud - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I put a deposit on a new car based on the options in the car I test drove. The salesperson and I discussed those options. I put a deposit down based on that conversation but later found out that the options are not in the car that I agreed to purchase. Do I have a case to get my deposit back as I don't want the car as it doesn't have the features promised?
