How can I refund my money? Do I have a case?

More details to this question:
I paid Goodaccountants.com$15,000 last May 9 for client referral of $30,000 guaranteed billing. The client turned out to be a dud. I requested for refund of money and they refused. Is this a case of breach of contract or fraud of inducement? How can I refund my money?

It depends on what your contract says. Also, $15,000? Are you sure this is not a scam?
