Retailer in Franklin Tn., On 1-19-16, I purchased an Ekrones love seat for $2,595.00 (w taxes) with teak wood trim, (I have proof of order specifications) the love seat was delivered with walnut trim, although it was stated numerous times that we would receive the correct trim and it would be installed (the love seat with incorrect trim is in our possession), it has never happened and NOW,his store is closing ....$1000. loss, What to do?

If the retailer is a national chain, then you can sue them. If the retailer is a stand alone and closes, you are out of luck.
