I bought a car online from Salvage World.net and I made the payment of $18,700, Its been over 2 months and I didn't get the car nor any refund,

This was a very very risky decision. You now have to file suit against them, assuming they are even a real company, and sadly, incurr additional legal fees in doing so. You can call us at 1-800-922-6442 to discuss if you like
