I live in NJ and I feel my identity is at risk. Social Security has declared me dead. On top of that, I have been charged for Child Support in the state of California by a person I do not know. The Department Of Child Support Service has filed a case under my name. The case matches all my personal information. I need an attorney to help me solve this confusion, and/or to counterclaim.
