QUESTION

insurance coverage for an attorney?

Asked on Jun 07th, 2014 on Consumer Fraud - Florida
More details to this question:
I am curious to know if identity/fraud insurance pays for an attorney. My legal issue, should it come to legalities, is one of a company using personal information to take out student loans in someone else's name without their knowledge or consent, and then "losing" track of where the money went, sticking the individual with federal loans they didn't initiate. Does identity theft protection insurance, such as AIG cover legal expenses to deal with a matter like this?
