need help filing a wrongful eviction suit in shelby county tn

the party that evicted me"Kondaur Capital" never ever had legal title to the property, this was proven in federal district court, and in circuit court twice, even the judge stated in her dec.30,2016 order that "the court has concerns about their actions and that they misrepresented title, they used fraudulent forged documents to do so and they also lost motion for summary judgment in june 2014, they filed motion to alter or amend but I was never served with notice and did not know about the filing or any hearings until the day of eviction, all decisions given to the after June 17,2014 are default judgments because I was not present at any of the hearings, I want to sue for wrongful or illegal eviction and return of my property and damages
