I'm looking some legal advice in terms of consumer fraud. We are a group of18. people who booked a cross country trip in the US using an overseas company who's tied up with a US travel agency. The trip was for23 days and each day we've faced a new issue. Our itinerary has been compromised without our knowledge on more than one occasion and we've dealt with too many changes leading to monetary loss. Basically what we paid for is not what we got and we've suffered too much on all terms. I wanted to know if we have a case against an issue of such sort and what the process would be like. Any help would be appreciated
