I booked a hotel room at a certain rate on the hotel's website. I have documentation from the hotel confirming the rate. They charged me a different amount, but i didn't notice until I received my statement a month later. I have spoken to several people at the hotel who say they will issue a refund, but hasn't happened. It has now been almost 3 months since this happened with zero resolutuon. I contact them on an almost daily basis. What can I do? It is a major hotel chain.

You should have done a chargeback on your credit card. It is now too late. Make sure you are communicating in writing.
