I SILD ITEMS ON RBAY AND MAILE to GREECE.BUYER CLAIM ITEMS NOT RECEIVED EVEN THUGH I HAVE PROOF OF SHIPPING.PAYPAL IS TAKING MY MONEY PAID FOR ITEMS AND GIVING IT BACK TO BUYERS .NOW THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY ITEMS.i want paypal to return my money and clear my limited account to its original status.i have a 100%selling.feedbacks on ebay.i send them all posible proof with no response.i need to file suit for return of my sales money and loss of income due to limited account.can you help
