Hello, would it be possible to chat with an attorney in regards to my online purchase via Poshmark, stating the item was in fact authentic and it does not even exist. I have contacted Puma, Poshmark and the seller. Poshmark & the seller refuse to refund me and said the item was Authentic & due to the fact they are a 10 1/2 not a 12 it is my fault for not researching how Puma's sneakers run (smaller, wider, thinner etc...) and no one will help me they keep denying my claim. I have proved my case. I went to the store and the manager laughed at me they are even missing the signature stripe all Puma sneakers. Puma claims they do not exist & this has caused major problems for me i just need to ask questions and if possible seek help.
"Puma claims they do not exist & this has caused major problems for me i just need to ask questions and if possible seek help" Histrionics are simply not useful in legal issues. There are no "major problems" for you over this - period. That stated, its simply not worth the legal expense to address an online pair of shoes....as demonstrated by presuably your unwillingness to spend $400.00 an hour to ask a lawyer all the questions you need to that are specific to your issue. This is the risk of buying online, just as the same buying at a flea market or roadside stand. This is most likely a lesson learned in the perils of convenience.
