More details to this question:
I bought an online course but I've never went to their website to buy, the representative ran my card through the email I sent her with the info. After that, she sent me a congratulations email, also stating that the diwnload version was non refundable. Well, the course is awful, you can't even read the diagrams. So I asked for my money back. And they say they won't because it's a download. I did not know that! If I knew, I've have bought the workbook. Shouldn't they have told me that before? I made a complaint o bbb, but all they say to them is that they won't give me a refund. I just think that I was supposed to be warned before.

Its not a sellers job to warn you or educate you about the transaction. Your issue is about expectation of a refund AFTER purchase, where in most instances, there simply is none for such items. Any doubt, go to Best Buy and purchase software open it up, install it, and try to return it. Before you buy anything, you need to ask such questions, actually read the terms and conditions of the licensing agreement (not just click yes to install), etc. If you have other questions, please fee free to contact our office at 1-800-922-6442 for a FREE consultation.
