Hi, I have been scammed on ebay they got my money and never send the item. I opened a case but when the seller told me he send it and was going to update the shipping information a few days later because it was holiday on China I closed it believing in his words. I write him multiple messages and no answer and when I entered the page on monday he was no longer registered on ebay. What can I do to solve my problem?

Its probably now an expensive learning lesson. You should not have closed the case with E-Bay as that might have been your best source of a refund. You can try disputing the charge on a credit card if the time to do so hasnt passed.
