time Warner Cable lied to me

around March 7th and after I had called time Warner Cable/spectrum to inquire about a home I was thinking of purchasing...I told them specifically if this address was NOT serviced by time Warner Cable I would not purchase the home they told me on 3 different occasions​ yes in fact it was serviced and it was fine everyone in that area has it....I bought the home, I called today they want 84,000 to run a cable 3 miles for my home now when this was never ever what they said they knew I have 4 kids who need it with special needs they knew I would not purchase the home if no cable because of my children
