More details to this question:
our hoa has no parking after10 pm. ccrs say they can have car towed. they tow cars. towing company has $70 flat fee if i call them. they charge $350 when hoa calls them. looks like a scam to me. thanks gerald is this legal

Towing companies are regulated by the Nevada Transportation Authority under Chapter 706 of the Nevada Revised Statutes. NRS 706.331 provides the NTA with the authority to modify and impose just and reasonable rates.
